Return policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition with all tags attached
  • free of stains, odors, damage, or hair
  • have proof of purchase

The customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Exchange policy

We offer a one time free exchange per order for different sizes or colors. We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange.

Additional exchanges from the same order can be made but the customer will be responsible for paying all additional shipping fees.

Conditions for all Returns/Exchanges

All of these conditions must be met in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Free of stains, odor, damage, or hair

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable items due to the nature of the item or due to hygiene concerns. Thank you for understanding.

  • Keychains
  • Wristbands/Bracelets
  • Stickers/Decals
  • Shoe Charms
  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards

Again, all of these conditions must be met in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect and determine if the items qualify for a return. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the items.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping details.

Ship it back

Pack your item securely and ship it to the address we provide you.

Get refunded

Receive your refund within 5-7 business days minus any original shipping costs as all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. International customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs.

Can I return sale/clearance items?

No, all sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my item is defective or damage?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
